Radisson SAS Royal Hotel offers some of the finest meeting facilities in St Petersburg - four dedicated boardrooms and three function rooms, the. All conference rooms are located on the ground floor, close to the Business Center and reception and offer fabulous views of the Vladimirsky Prospect. There are seven meeting rooms spread over 217 sq metres.
The largest room is 100 sq metres.

Glinka A flexible room, Glinka can be turned into anything meeting organisers want it to be. It is fully equipped with high-quality meetings technology as the other rooms. Size: 50 sq metres
Boardrooms Four boardrooms, Chekhov, Pushkin, Nekrasov and Surikov can seat 10 to 16 people. All four rooms have modern and state-of-the-art equipment as well as an espresso machine.
Atrium Daylight reaches our Atrium through the glass ceiling 7.5 metres high. A place for quiet afternoon tea, reading newspaper and relaxing after a busy day in town, the Atrium is also used for events, presentations and press conferences.
Baltic Star Hotel has all the necessary equipment you would need to hold the conferences, workshops, banquets and other corporate events at the highest level. 5 fully equipped conference halls (conference system, audio and video, equipment for simultaneous translation, LCD projectors) are at your disposal. The biggest conference hall Petrovsky takes 243 square meters and sits up to 250 people. One of its advantages - huge windows allows having lots of light during the day. The conference hall is equipped with the simultaneous translation systems and rooms for translators. For convenience of the guests all chairs are equipped with special folding tables allowing us to use the space more efficiently.
Apart form this conference hall there are 5 more, they are smaller in size and sit up to 35 people each.

The Tchaikovsky Rooms. Being part of the Conference Centre, the Tchaikovsky Rooms are also characterised by the big windows that allow ample natural light in. The dividing wall slides back to make one large conference room but this flexible space can also provide two adjoining rooms for concurrent meetings.
The Gorky Room The grand windows allow natural light to flood into the Gorky Room. The elaborate mirror and decorative fireplace add to the graceful decor. It is a pleasant and cosy space both for business meetings and formal receptions.
The Dostoevsky and Pushkin Rooms These rooms have large windows to allow plenty of natural light in and are ideal for smaller meetings and presentations. Very similar in specifications it is simply a question of choosing the room which best suits your requirements. Our meeting planner service ensures that menus, flowers, audiovisual equipment, hostesses and whatever else you may need will be efficiently organised. Angleterre Hotel has a fully equipped Business Centerwhich provides a full secretarial service, including fax, photocopier, PC, Internet access and e-mail facilities. If necessary, a simultaneous translation is available.
Conference Hall Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, the Conference Hall is capable of accommodating up to 205 people theatre style for presentations, conferences and meetings. The hall provides an integrated screen, slide and overhead projectors, microphones and loudspeakers and has the additional facility for simultaneous four-language translation.
Pavlova. This spacious meeting room, named after the famous Russian dancer Anna Pavlova, is on the ground floor of the hotel, offers bright, natural daylight, two retracting screens, electronic blackout blinds on the skylights and is fully soundproofed. At a generous 118 square meters, it can hold up to 100 people for a meeting or 70 for a reception and can be divided into two smaller units by a large, purpose-built wooden divider.
Bulgakov. Situated on the 3rd floor, this peaceful room overlooking the open courtyard is named after the poet Sergey Esenin. With an area of 60 square meters and plenty of natural light, it can accommodate 20 to 25 people theatre style, 18 in a U-shape and 22 for a board meeting.
Standard conference room set-up includes: flip chart with pens; whiteboard with markers and wipe; projection screen; paper and pens. ROSSIA Hotel presents aConference centre 'Burjua'which consists of 8 new conference halls with up-to-date MICE facilities. Petrovskiy Hall. A stationary hall with a seating capacity for more than 250 people (presidium platform,screens, microphones, multimedia projector, simultaneous interpretation, etc.) Catherine's Hall. An exhibition hall of 270 sqm which is conveniently located and can be used for exhibitions, presentations and coffee-breaks. Any setting of furniture is possible. Stands are being provided. 5 halls-transformers (Nikolay I-II, Alexander I-III, Elizabeth). Soundproof sliding walls between the rooms allow for different configurations to suit particular requirements.
