Conference Hall Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, the Conference Hall is capable of accommodating up to 205 people theatre style for presentations, conferences and meetings. The hall provides an integrated screen, slide and overhead projectors, microphones and loudspeakers and has the additional facility for simultaneous four-language translation. Pavlova. This spacious meeting room, named after the famous Russian dancer Anna Pavlova, is on the ground floor of the hotel, offers bright, natural daylight, two retracting screens, electronic blackout blinds on the skylights and is fully soundproofed. At a generous 118 square meters, it can hold up to 100 people for a meeting or 70 for a reception and can be divided into two smaller units by a large, purpose-built wooden divider. Bulgakov. Situated on the 3rd floor, this peaceful room overlooking the open courtyard is named after the poet Sergey Esenin. With an area of 60 square meters and plenty of natural light, it can accommodate 20 to 25 people theatre style, 18 in a U-shape and 22 for a board meeting.

An exhibition hall of 270 sqm which is conveniently located and can be used for exhibitions, presentations and coffee-breaks. Any setting of furniture is possible.
